In general, Wellness includes any activity that is designed to support your overall well-being. These activities include the provision of education and different tools that will help you live your life to your fullest capacity. Our Wellness program includes a variety of activities, resources, and tools designed to help you be the best version of yourself. Examples of wellness activities we offer include sleep hygiene, smoking cessation, weight management, stress management, grounding and mindful techniques, social skills, and others.
